Air women secure national Taekwondo Championship

Air women secure national Taekwondo Championship

SLAF women’s team sealed the Women’s Championship whilst the men’s team finished runner up at the National Taekwondo Championship 2014 held recently at the Indoor Stadium of the University of Colombo.

The Sri Lanka Air Force obtained Five Gold medals, two Silver medal, and Five Bronze medals and were adjudged the all-round runner up of the Championship.

The Ambassador of the Republic of Korea Chang Won-sam graced the occasion as the chief guest.

Secretary of SLAF Taekwondo Group Captain O.A.N.S Fernando was also present at the event.
