MTV & ITN FM pick up TV & Radio rights to England Tour of Sri Lanka

TV and Radio Rights of the England Tour offered to MTV Channel and ITN FM, respectively.

Sri Lanka Cricket wishes to announce that the Terrestrial Television and Radio Rights of the upcoming England Tour to Sri Lanka 2018 was offered to MTV Channel (Pvt) Limited and ITN FM, respectively.

Accordingly, exclusive Television Rights was awarded to MTV Channel (Pvt) Limited, whilst exclusive Radio Rights was offered to ITN FM.

SLC sought ‘’Expression of Interest’’ from interested parties to submit proposals and 4 parties came forward; seeking Television Rights, while 03 parties submitted proposals seeking Radio Rights.

The ‘’Rights’’ were offered to the most attractive offer.

England team will play 05 ODIs, 01 T20I and 03 Test matches during the months of October and November 2018 in Sri Lanka.
