18 -times Olympic champion Michael Phelps finished the third in 200- meter individual medleys in the Santa Clara Grand Prix few days ago . He took 1 minute , 59.76 seconds to finish the game . Olympic gold medalist Conor Dwyer won in 1 , 59.49 and Chase Kalisz was second in 1 , 59.53 .

This is the Phelps’s third since coming out of , retirement and swam 200 I’m for the first time since winning the event in the 2012 London Olympics . Meanwhile Coach Bob Bowman was satisfied with his performance . ” It’s a pretty credible swim. He hasn’t done much training and to be less than 2 minutes is good. ” He said .

Beside, Phelps was second in 100 free and 200 free and Mastering butterfly tied for first in the 100 butterfly.

In addition , International media reported that Michael Phelps is to appear a nude in ESPN the Magazine Body Issue which will hit newsstands on July 11. 22 nude athletes will be included in the issue.

Some of the others to appear are , Bernard Hopkins (boxing), Jimmy Spithill (sailing) , Tomas Berdych (tennis) , Omar Gonzalez (soccer), Amy Purdy (Para-Olympics), Nigel Sylvester (BMX) , Danyelle Wolf ( boxing) , Jamie Anderson (snowboarding), Angel McCoughtry (WNBA) , Aja Evans (bobsled) , Ginger Huber (cliff diving) , Coco Ho (surfing) and Megan Rapinoe) .
