Minister of Sports Hon. Dayasiri Jayasekara and Director of Sports K D S Ruwanchandra and other ministry officials visited Football Federation of Sri Lanka headquarters 11th Friday morning.

Hon. Minister was welcomed, by President of FFSL Anura De Silva, Immediate Past President and other management committee members of FFSL.


The Hon. Minister took part in a press conference with the new management Committee and praised the current management system of FFSL.

“I am pleased to note that the FFSL structure is in order and it looks very comprehensive to develop Football in Sri Lanka and also happy to state that your professionalization in administration is much greater than many of the sports bodies I have visited so far” said the Minister of Sports Hon. Dayasiri Jayasekara.
