
Former Sri Lankan netball captain and head coach Yasa Ramachandra has been voted to head the Sri Lanka National Netball committee taking over the rein from Laxmi Victoriya. Ramachandra has secured 15 votes.
Meanwhile Jasmine Jayakody was appointed uncontested as the vice President of the Federation and Sanjeewani Weerasinghe has been appointed as the Secretary.
Sri Lanka are already facing a tougher challenge having to prepare their teams for the Netball World Cup in Australia later this year.
