Under-25 Women’s spikers off to Nepal

A Sri Lanka Under 25 Women’s Volleyball team will take part in the inaugural South Asian Women’s Volleyball Championship which is scheduled to be held from 19th to 23rd December in the capital city of Kathmandu in Nepal.

India, Maldives, Nepal, Bangladesh will compete along with Sri Lanka in this first-ever event.

Following players will represent Sri Lanka:

Wasana Madumali, Lakshika Senaratne, Thilini Wasana, Madushani Weerasinghe, Panchali Vithanage, Y.G.N. Sanjeevani, L.R.K. Dilhani, Iresha Umayanganie, Chathurika Ranasinghe, J.W.P. Thushari, Shashikala Rangani and H.H.A.D. Sanjeevani.

Officials: K.R.D.P. Ratnamudali (Manager), S.R.P.G.L. Premalal (Head Coach), Sumedha Wimalasiri (Asst. Coach), Krishanthi Jayawardhane (Lady Chaperon).
