All Island Marshall Arts competition : Seevali  shines

Seevali Hemachandra of Medamulla MV Malsiripura and Thashara Tennakoon of Girls’ High School, Kandy sealed the Best Competitor titles among boys and girls respectively at the All Island Marshall Arts competition held on 26 December 2014. The event was held at the YMCA Hall, Kandy and was organized by the Chinese Kumplm Scientific Training Centre of Sri Lanka.

164 competitors (girls and boys, men and women) participated, and 16 won Orange Belts, 18 Green Belts, 12 Purple Belts, 17 Brown Belts, 44 Blue Belts and 9 Black Belts respectively.

Shiran Vajira Sampath (Black Belt 6th Dan JIU – JITSU) Marshall Arts instructor and his assistants conducted the competition on behalf of the Marshall Arts training centre of Sri Lanka.
