KARACHI: The Asia Cup 2022 is likely to be transferred to another country due to the current political instability in Sri Lanka.
Due to the ongoing rise in political tensions in Sri Lanka, there is a possibility that the Asia Cup 2022 will take place in another country.
Earlier, the Asia Cup 2022 had been postponed twice.
The issue will be discussed at the quarterly meeting of the International Cricket Council (ICC), scheduled to take place on Sunday in Dubai.
According to sources, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Ramiz Raja and chief executive Faisal Hasnain will attend the meeting.
